Annual evaluation of Eurotux’s suppliers returns very positive results
Eurotux conducts an annual internal evaluation process, for its suppliers in order to assure the quality of the products and services it provides to its customers. This Management System activity allows the company to assess the trust of the partners it works with, simultaneously assuring the quality of the company’s global performance.
The internal evaluation process for Eurotux suppliers occurs at the beginning of each year, and considers factors such as skill, capacity, level of commitment, cost control, consistency, and communication. Ultimately, this procedure values the degree of supplier’s contributions to the quality of the services Eurotux provides. This monitoring is essential in guaranteeing that customers’ requirements are being addressed with the desired level of quality.
This annual evaluation of suppliers is conducted within the scope of Eurotux’s Management System, certified by the ISO 9001 standard. This norm stipulates quality standards for services and products, guided companies to continuously improve their internal management. When suppliers can’t comply with the rules defined by the ISO 9001, the companies with whom they work also obtain sub-par quality goals. In these cases, the main loser is the final customer.
In the year 2018, the evaluation process for suppliers returned, once again, very positive results for performance indicators, from quality to flexibility, and including response times, as well as punctuality of delivery. Globally, the performance of suppliers revealed excellent results, for which Eurotux thanks all involved for their effort in guarantee service quality.
This annual evaluation also strengthens communication, since Eurotux provides suppliers with feedback concerning their performance, which enables them to improve procedures, and carry on with a mutually beneficial collaboration.
