Escola Portuguesa de Moçambique hires Eurotux’s services
Eurotux will provide operations and maintenance support services, including monitoring and alarms, providing outsourcing services and functioning as a key partner of EPM-CELP’s IT human resources for the solution management and for monitoring services quality.
Besides the mentioned proactive activities, remote support services will be provided, as well as training for EPM-CELP team, the latter being endowed with knowledge and autonomy to a set of operations they may deem relevant.
EPM-CELP started its activities in the academic year 1999-2000 and was established under a cooperation agreement between the Portuguese Republic and the Republic of Mozambique. In the context of the guiding framework of international and cooperative relations policy, constitutionally assumed by Portugal, EPM-CELP is assumed as a substantive valence in the implementation of a cultural and educational cooperation policy in Mozambique.
Eurotux’s activity in Mozambique began with the establishment of a partnership with Pandora Box, and following its expansion strategy to foreign markets, Eurotux, together with Mozambican partners, put forward the opening of a company called ITMZ - Services and Solutions, that operates directly in Mozambique and will be instrumental in providing quality services to EPM-CELP.
It is also intended for ITMZ to be a launching pad into Mozambique’s neighboring countries; this representing the first major step in the Eurotux’s internationalization, Brazil being the next one.
