SW and HW Maintenance

With the purchase of a service extension, software upgrades and updates are provided for the modules acquired by the client.

For appliances it’s also possible to purchase a service that provides the exchange of the appliance in the event of hardware failure (excluding exchanges in case of non-compliance with the manufacturer’s regulations or causes not imputable to the supplier) within a certain timeframe (as defined in the contracted level of service) at Eurotux’s or the client’s facilities.


The indicated extension does not include technical services for help-desk, appliance configuration and support (these services may be contracted through service hour packs or contracts for specific services).

These service extensions may be acquired for the minimum period of 1 year up to a maximum of 3, with the service being associated to the appliance’s serial number.
