Job Description

The main responsibilities are:

Service Quality:

  • Ensure operational excellence and the quality of services provided.
  • Have a detailed understanding of the services offered and client contracts.
  • Implement and follow processes to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Monitor quality metrics and resolve blockages and issues.

Team Coordination:

  • Manage team allocation and priorities, ensuring continuous value addition.
  • Approve holidays and manage absences without disrupting the work-flow.
  • Motivate and support the team, recognising efforts and resolving conflicts.

Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in service management and team leadership.
  • Ability to maintain effective processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in English.
  • The ability to adapt, be proactive, and dynamic are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Highly responsible and meticulous, with strong analytical, planning, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Preference given to candidates who are immediately available.
