Review of 2010 / Outlook for 2011
This growth was achieved by attracting new customers and the growth of services provided to a significant share of existing customers. The
increased volume of business permitted the growth of the number of
employees who reached 27 by year’s end and required the company
relocation in early 2010.
In order to be an increasingly more important partner for our customers, Eurotux made a significant investment in the infrastructures that support our clients’ business. These investments will allow, during 2011, to extend the range of services provided to our customers.
In 2011, Eurotux intends to maintain a high growth rate with a continuing growth of the same magnitude in recent years; despite the unfavorable macroeconomic scenarios for the Portuguese market.
Eurotux will continue to invest in its infrastructure, innovation and quality of its services and products. Will foster a commitment with its
partners for more competitive relationships, will bet even more on
the dissemination and promotion of its high level of know-how to
potential customers with a consistent focus on improving its image
and communication. Eurotux will also seriously consider moving on to
some overseas markets that have the demand for the skills that
Eurotux can competitively provide.
Despite all the investments that Eurotux has set, the year of 2011, for its foreseeable difficulties, will require a rigorous management of
existing resources. Thus, we choose as our objective to consolidate
and optimize the technical and human resources by improving the tools used and by a greater automation of many administrative and
technical processes that will increase productivity and minimize some
of the current costs.
On the other hand, our expectation is that our customers and potential
customers are also available for a similar analysis, which fosters
the introduction of Eurotux’s services and products on a win-win
spirit. This year, which is expected to be difficult at many levels,
we need to reinvent ourselves with entrepreneurship and innovation.
It is this spirit of openness that we expect to find on our customers
and potential customers, in order for them to be prepared to examine
with Eurotux the current state of their IT infrastructure and
consider taking the leap to the next level in conjunction with
Eurotux,
We believe that, regardless of any initial investment that may exist
(and for which we can study the best ways of financing), by
developing new solutions and infrastructure to our customers, these
solutions potentiate the increase in productivity and quality,
operating costs reduction and increased revenue.
For all this we hope, in particular, for a greater willingness to engage
in Eurotux’s outsourcing services, in order to consolidate a joined
growth during the whole year.
For 2011 our motto will continue to be “Moving Business Forward.”
