Eurotux Event – Odyssey of growth
The third edition, held on
September 24, took place in Viana do Castelo, next to the beach, at Hotel Flor
de Sal and was attended by employees and shareholders.
By bringing together the
entire team, Eurotux reflects on the past, the present and prepares for the
future in order to face the challenges ahead. At the same time, it is intended
to strengthen the team spirit, create growth and ambition dynamics, and to
understand how to change the strategy to better support customers who rely on
us.
As usual, the morning period held
lectures in which the following topics were addressed:
– What has been done in each
department and what to do in the incoming months;
– The transfer of values and
company strategy;
– Success factors of the company;
– Productivity;
– Encourage employees to be more
proactive and supportive of customers with whom they interact.
After lunch team-building
activities were conducted near Praia Norte: mini-golf in the sand, target shooting
and archery.
The day ended with a regional
snack.
