Technological development assumes a fundamental importance to Eurotux. The company maintains a strong commitment to research and innovation, in order to find new ways to exceed expectations.
This project, which involved several departments of the company, enables the integration of the Nuxis solution (a result of another research project) with Plone sites for better monitoring and control of the platform. The research focused on improving Plone itself, especially on issues related to streaming, large files uploading and data cataloging.
The eurotux Application Server Platform is a project funded by the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) under the Incentive Scheme for Research and Technological Development in Enterprises (SI I&DT). In this project Eurotux has also University of Minho as a partner.
