This system can be accessed at http://suporte.eurotux.com, although you can also make all interactions by email (by opening a new request or replying to an existing one), and its use allows clients to track not only the technical process carried out by our team, but also our service’s response times.
Whenever the request is closed, an email is sent to the customer with instructions for filling out a short satisfaction form. Completing this form takes only 10 seconds on average, and the result is very important for Eurotux, since all responses are handled and analyzed by those responsible for the project.
These data is taken into account for the continuous improvement process of the provision of our services at all levels, and as such, we consider it a tool we put at our clients’ disposal. Feedback can and should also be submitted, whenever necessary, to those in the company with whom the client has a closer interaction.
