Eurotux supports startup companies
After their creation, startups encounter a duality that compromises their work. One the one hand they can’t invest in technology because of financial limitations. On the other hand, due to their very nature, they end up, in most cases, linked to an intensive use of new technologies. Also, in this initial phase, it is difficult, or nearly impossible, to foresee the resources that will be necessary to sustain their business. Faced with this sea of doubt, Eurotux emerges to provide help.
The company has a long history of working with startups, some of which have become true references, nationally and internationally, such as, Alert, Mobicomp or Cardmobili. Currently, there are two emerging supported projects, undergoing a phase of growth and affirmation, Tuizzi (company dedicated to outdoor advertizing) and Webankor (software development and social commerce), through the Bewarket project.
Eurotux has increasingly focused on this strategy of proximity, being enhanced by the considerable openness that some of these businesses present when defining the collaboration with their projects, regarding strategies for development, application architecture and services. Since these companies are predominantly technical, the outreach is easy and fluid, meaning that the communication capacity strengthens the relationship.
Focusing on close relationships with startups has proven to be beneficial for Eurotux, as well as for clients, in particular, due to Eurotux’ capacity to provide services with special conditions for new companies. By presenting these advantages and working with startups, Eurotux reinforces its know-how, being able to venture into new market segments with a smoother learning curve, regarding the specific needs of each activity.
Eurotux is working with a growing number of startups, and although, there is a high concentration of businesses from the UPTEC (Science and Technology Park of the University of Porto, such as Gisgeo, LabOrders, Adclick, etc.), there are several other references from all across Portugal.
