Clients show their satisfaction with Eurotux
Using a scale from 1 to 5 points, Eurotux clients were asked to give their opinion regarding their interactions with the company. With regards to commercial activity, the clients are very satisfied with the suitability of the proposed solutions to their needs, the clarity and assertiveness of the proposals, the response time to these requests, and above all, with the reliability of the solutions.
Most importantly, 85% of those inquired considered that during the negotiation phase, Eurotux met the expectations of its client companies.
With regards to technical support, the swift access to the incident management system (known as RT) is a positive aspect, as well as the courtesy of the workers, and the quality of the answers provided.
Among those contacted by phone, service satisfaction is evident: the technical know-how shown by Eurotux’ workers were rated with the maximum score by 50% of those inquired, along with high levels of professionalism and friendliness.
Respondents pointed out areas for improvement such as compliance with deadlines for project implementation and documentation.
The overall evaluation for services provided was very positive, with 63% of clients granting a score of 4, and 30% with a score of 5.
These percentages are based on 46 replies out of 481 surveys sent by Eurotux, with the results having been announced at the internal event Odisseia 2013, held in September.
