Eurotux distinguished as 2014 SME Excellence
The IAPMEI paid tribute to the best small and medium enterprises by awarding the status of 2014 SME Excellence to a group of companies that have stood-out for their superior performances, within the context of the national business community.
In this edition, the status was awarded to 1845 companies that have distinguished themselves by presenting the best performance and risk profile for 2013.
The status of SME Excellence awards small and medium enterprises that present above national-average ratios of financial solidity, high levels of competitiveness and that manage to create wealth and jobs in their regions.

The IAPMEI’s (Portuguese Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation) mission is to promote competitiveness and business growth, aiming to boost innovation, entrepreneurship and business investment in companies, namely small and medium-sized businesses, operating in sectors within the sphere of the Ministry of Economy, with the exception of the tourism sector.
