New Customer Support channels
At Eurotux, the client’s satisfaction is the top priority. The company’s mission is to service its clients with excellence, permanently seeking to improve its processes and best practices.
The main new features of the customer support service are the email (apoioaocliente@eurotux.com) and the web form (https://eurotux.com/contacts/client-support/), that forward entries to Eurotux’s Quality Department.
The usual channels remain available: on the incident management tool utsed by Eurotux, the RT, the “Complaint” feature enables clients to manifest their dissatisfaction; when tickets or projects are closed, the client receives a client satisfaction questionnaire; annually, every client can evaluate the company in more detail, answering the annual client satisfaction questionnaire that is sent out.
By increasing the support channels available, Eurotux seeks to strengthen its relationship with its clients, guaranteeing an efficient response to any requests.
