Eurotux obtains ISO 9001 certification
After three days of analysing Eurotux’s management system, the Bureau Veritas Certification, an organization accredited by the Portuguese Accreditation Institute (IPAC) and world leader in certification compliance and assessment, considered that it was in conformity with the requisites of ISO 9001:2008 within the scope of organization, management, investigation and development of information technology solutions.
As a company that is recognized for its profound expertise in its specific sector, it was important for Eurotux to certify its management system, enhancing its commitment to a strong culture of quality, affirming itself as a differentiating player in the IT market.
Obtaining the certification for ISO 9001 is proof of Eurotux’s credibility in terms of efficiency, complying with requirements, and performing according to the highest operational standards in all phases of development, implementation and management of IT solutions. It demonstrates the effort that company has put in to adopting more effective working methods, in order to increase customer satisfaction and provide a service of excellence.
Daniela Costa, Eurotux’s Director of Quality Assurance, states that this certifications “underscores our commitment to a continuous improvement of services provided to our clients”.
