The Eurotux Group customer satisfaction survey is available
Eurotux’s goal is to serve its customers with excellence, privileging the quality of its solutions and services. A survey was compiled with the goal of assessing the customer’s satisfaction in different fields of activity with the Group’s companies.
The Eurotux Group, consisting of Eurotux Informática, S.A., Smart Vector – Internet Solutions, Lda. And ITMZ – Serviços e Soluções, Lda, considers its customer’s opinion as a valuable contribution to the improvement of its organizational processes. The survey aims to assess the quality of its assistance, technical support, sales support, and compliance with project requirements, among other fields of activity.
Likewise, the questionnaire enables customers to forward their technological needs for the medium and long term, so that Eurotux can provide relevant contributions for implementing its information technology strategy.
