Customers improve IBM solution performance with training at Eurotux
Eurotux held a training session on IBM I Database with a few of its customers, with the goal of helping them optimize the resources of their technological infrastructures. This intervention involved professionals from Cabelte, EID, Fersil, and Plimat, and was held at Eurotux’s facilities between March 20th and 21st, 2018.
This training session sought to address the problem of some users of IBM solutions that do not benefit from the full range of capabilities for the tools they work with on a daily basis. Be it from lack of knowledge, or lack of opportunity to explore these solutions, used in their daily routines, they are often limited to using their main features. There are even cases in which the companies invest in additional solutions, to address specific needs that are already naturally guaranteed by the products they’ve implemented.
To this end, and with the mission of informing its customers of the full potential of its tools, Eurotux organized training sessions in IBM I Database for its customers, Cabelte, EIB, Fersil, and Plimat. The sessions were administered by Juan Manuel Alcudia, a specialist in the field of IBM Systems Hardware Lab Services.
For this initiative, Eurotux relied on the collaboration of IBM, since the technological giant provides its business partners a wide-ranging portfolio of training services, in several areas, to help optimize the resources provided by its solutions. The session provided by Eurotux had very positive results for the customers that took part. As such, they acquired the skills to promote a better management of their respective technological infrastructures, in order to maximize the performance and scalability of IBM products.
