Eurotux highlights the role of its collaborators in the Odisseia 2021 event
The Eurotux group Odisseia 2021 event for its collaborators took place last October 30th in the morning at Espaço Vita, Braga. The event was highlighted by a presentation made by the company’s Administration and Management, in which topics such as the fundamental role of the several teams’ collaborators and Eurotux’s internationalization strategy were discussed.
“It is very important that we are all moving in the same direction, so all employees from all teams are fundamental at Eurotux. This is our policy and we believe this is how we will improve every day”, said António Coutinho, Eurotux’s CEO, regarding one of the points discussed during the event, which was the role people who make up the different teams and companies have within the group.
Another of the main points that was addressed concerned the internationalisation policy and projections for the near future. Market opportunities, expectations of results, technological challenges and perspectives about returning to the company were the subject of conversation during the event, which also included a convivial lunch for all those present. Directors and partners of the group’s companies abroad also addressed a few words to the whole team.
The event was organized taking into consideration all the security measures that this phase requires, so there were only 60 people in space and 20 remotely from countries such as United Kingdom, Brazil and Mozambique. Eurotux also gave up habits such as breakfast and a coffee break to avoid as much as possible unmasked moments of conviviality. This was the first face-to-face event since February 2020, the month in which the inauguration party for the new facilities took place with all employees and their families.
