Eurotux’s partnership in Mozambique will have as a main goal to fulfil a gap that exists in the support and maintenance of the infrastructures of the IT in the country.
Since its inception Eurotux has developed its activities based on solutions that are open, reliable, flexible and with a high degree of interoperability.
Eurotux Virtual Appliance is an integrated solution of resources and tools that allows to streamline processes for managing IT services. With this solution it is possible to create and manage IT services that interact among them in a way aligned with customer needs.
In order to strengthen its intervention at the level of social responsibility, Eurotux established a protocol with Colégio João Paulo II, whereby the company will fund a scholarship for a deprived student.
Eurotux is part of Oracle Partner Network (OPN), a partner program that aims to strengthen the relationship between Oracle and clients through specialized companies. Through this privileged channel, the partners have access to specialized services in the support to the integration of Oracle products.
Eurotux was selected by Mapfre to conduct a review of its infrastructure in order to submit a report with suggestions to revamp its web architecture to maximize reliability and achieve high availability and scalability.
Last March, Eurotux signed a collaboration protocol with the University of Minho, thus formalizing the close relationship that has always existed between the company and, in particular, the IT Department of this institution of higher education.
Whether for reasons relating to the company’s projects (the work done at Câmara da Maia), awards granted (24th place in the Best Places to Work ranking), joint projects (collaboration with students from the University of Minho in the development of innovative software solutions) or advertising (ads in the Vida Económica newspaper), there are already several Eurotux’s highlights in the press.
Took place on March 23rd IDC’s event dedicated to Cloud Computing & SaaS IDC. Eurotux was present as a sponsor having also monitored the presentation of EuroCloud Portugal, an association of which Eurotux is a founding member.
Since early February the Private Practice services, by Alert ®, a reputable Portuguese company with international position are being supported by Eurotux’s systems maintenance infrastructure and services.
