The site, which was renovated about a year ago, with Eurotux’s support, has established itself more and more as the main vehicle of communication between citizens and the municipality.

The datacenter used by Eurotux is located in a carrier-neutral building in Lisbon, with the best connectivity settings in the country, offering all the conditions for the development and delivery of colocation and disaster recovery.
Among the main features, the anti-seismic structure; bulletproof glass and doors; automatic fire detection and extinguishing system; toxic gases detection; flood detection; humidity and environment control; transformer stations with total capacity of 6.0 MW; redundant UPS system; redundant 1600KVA diesel generators system; vital systems constant monitoring; redundant connectivity and loading dock.
The protection of information is done at various levels and with various strategies, from the layer of platforms, SAN (redundancy, ILM policies, etc.) and off-site backups for archiving.
