Wiseworks at Eurotux cloud
Wiseworks aim is to provide tools and methodologies that support the management activities of these entities, thereby promoting the efficiency and sustainability of the organizations. The company implements these tools and methodologies that support the management, exploration and operation processes, creating value by providing information, performance indicators and analysis adjusted to the business processes.
Currently Wiseworks lodges the waterWISE platform in the Eurotux cloud, a platform that allows for dynamic analysis of any existing data of organizations (from billing data and customer consumption, to location data, cost of service orders and flow information analysis).
This platform integrates all this information in a sustained manner, allowing the creation of custom analysis and the development of automated reports (for domestic and/or external needs), supported by baseline indicators (IWA, ERSAR, among others).
Other tools, such as flow monitoring and analysis to support the operational management and reduction of unbilled water and the work orders tool that will support the infrastructure property management will also follow this path.
