Odisseia 2013 promotes Eurotux spirit
The Odisseia 2013 was held at the Axis Vermar Conference & Beach Hotel, in Póvoa de Varzim, and at the Azurara Parque Aventura, in Vila do Conde, both in Portugal. The day was divided among presentations concerning the different aspects of Eurotux’ work, and extreme sports activities.
The presentations made by Eurotux’ directors, showcased some internal goals and some innovation projects that the company is involved in. Motivational sessions were also held, sharing the company’s future plans with workers, allowing them to align their expectations with Eurotux’.
With regards to internal assessment, the results of the client satisfaction survey were revealed – soon to be publicly released – and a manual for new employees was also released.
After presentations and lunch, the afternoon was rife with adventure and extreme sports. Climbing, slide, paintball, and other activities delighted the 27 participants. To celebrate the occasion, each worker was handed a t-shirt alluding to a special surprise: coffee cups with each worker’s initials.
Overall, it was a very positive day, demonstrating a growing confidence in Eurotux’ work and team spirit. Despite the uncertainties cast by the macro-economic environment, through the combined efforts of Eurotux’ adaptation and the collaboration of its workers, it is believed that the year 2013 will bring in the greatest business turnover to date.
