Odisseia 2014 aligns expectations for the future
The sixth edition of the event took place on September 27 in Ponte de Lima, Portugal. The company’s employees and shareholders gathered to socialize in an informal environment. The day’s agenda included presentations and distribution of gifts in the morning and a team building activity in the afternoon.
This edition conveyed a message of alignment for the future, explaining the company’s strategy and what is expected from its employees. The administration highlighted the opportunities the future presents and motivated its employees to be proactive in improving their task-performance, in thinking of more effective ways of solving problems and tackling challenges. Also during the presentations, the company’s strength was highlighted, resulting from a prudent management that has consistently enabled sustained growth, rooted in high levels of equity and excellent result indicators, liquidity and solvability.
After the event, the participants made a favourable assessment, highlighting the positive atmosphere in which it took place.
