Cork Supply Portugal chooses Eurotux to enhance IT infrastructure management
Cork Supply Portugal, one of the largest Portuguese SME, has recently incremented the services provided by Eurotux, now benefitting from the support its Operations, Support, and Maintenance teams in managing its internal information technology (IT) infrastructures.
The relationship between these companies began with the hosting of Cork Supply Portugal’s SAP ERP (enterprise resource planning) solution, on Eurotux’s data center. The quality of service and solid relationship between the two companies’ technical teams, combined with Eurotux’s high level of competence and experience in systems administration, resulted in the service extension, which now include support and operational maintenance for new infrastructures.
As such, Cork Supply Portugal seeks to guarantee high availability of its IT services, a more efficient management of its resources, and a quick resolution of incidents, minimizing the impact that eventual system failures may have on its employee’s work.
