Data Protection is the main theme of Eurotux Ecosystem 2018
The Eurotux Ecosystem 2018 is at hand: an annual event organized by the company, for information technology (IT) professionals, IT managers, administrators, and other strategic decision makers. This edition is focused on the theme “Protect your Data, Protect your Business”, and will be held on June 14th, at the Casa do Ribeirinho, in Matosinhos, Portugal.
The GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation, is the feature topic at the Eurotux Ecosystem 2018, namely with the presentation of the services and solutions with which the Eurotux Group can help its customers, within the scope of the new legislation that came into effect on May 25th. This presentation will be delivered by Eurotux’s Director of Services and Consulting, Ricardo Oliveira, while the COO of Dipcode, Daniela Costa, will present a solution for managing the GDPR.
Counting on the support of renowned technological partners, such as IBM, and Arrow, as well as some of the Eurotux Group’s companies, namely the Portuguese-Brazilian MORE Sec, and the previously mentioned Dipcode, Ecosystem will showcase the latest trends and technological innovations in strategic areas, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IOT), Big Data, Industry 4.0, among others.
In addition to the interventions of Eurotux’s CEO, António Coutinho, the company’s administrator, António Luís Sousa, and the Sales Director, Jorge Paiva, Ecosystem will also include the participation of IBM GBP Portugal director, Rui Ribeiro, the IBM Servers Sales Manager, Manuel Prates, with presentation on “Strategic Areas of IBM”, “IBM Power Solutions”, and “IBM Storage Solutions”. The manager of MORE Sec, Vinicius Muniz, will talk about “Intrusion Tests and Analysis of Vulnerabilities”, while the Director of Research and Development at Eurotux, Nuno Fernandes, will present the “Project UH4SP – Industry 4.0”. There will also be a moment for Eurotux customer’s success Case Studies. Before the final cocktail and prize draw that closes the event, a mystery national authority on the GDPR will also be present…
