The event was geared for a select group of IBM Portugal business partners.
While celebrating 78 years of its presence in Portugal, IBM opened a new nearshore centre in the country. The opening ceremony was attended by the President of Portugal.
Eurotux took part in the first edition of Web Summit held in Portugal, having prepared several initiatives to promote its custom software development and DevOps services.
Its participation in Sophos Day, allowed Eurotux to learn about the latest protection and security solutions for the company’s servers, networks, and endpoints.
The company was among the group of 1500 professionals and 90 companies, coming from 17 countries, such as Spain, Japan, Canada, and Argentina. It was one of three Portuguese companies that took part in the event.
The 14th edition of the JOIN – Jornadas de Informática (Days of Computer Science) of the University of Minho, was held between the 13 and 15 of June, 2016, at the Gualtar Campus, in Braga, Portugal. About 150 senior students and recent graduates had the opportunity to know more than 20 national and multinational companies.
Eurotux, IBM and Arrow, organized and the market responded positively. About 75 participants gathered at the Power Ecosystem 2016 to get acquainted with the full potential of IBM technology and solutions in servers and storage.
Eurotux took part in this year’s edition, in Porto, Portugal, interacting and sharing their experience with other Cisco partners and clients.
