Eurotux and Casa das Lâmpadas celebrate new contract
Eurotux provides technical support services, software and hardware for Casa das Lâmpadas since 2014.
In 2020 this collaboration evolved into a long term collaboration contract for the provision of three types of services:
- Remote technical support and monitoring of the core systems housed in its headquarters and datacenter (where the Primavera ERP services are hosted, which in the meantime replaced the AS/400 environment ERP) ensuring good functionality, maximizing security (border security, backups, etc.)
- Technical Service through the placement of an IT technician in Outsourcing at its headquarters in order to provide all the support in the day to day of the company’s employees and in the maintenance and management of microinformatics;
- Rental of core IT infrastructure to its headquarters in order to replace the existing infrastructure.
The goal of Casa das Lâmpadas was, through a single contract, to ensure the proper functioning of its IT infrastructures, without making an investment effort in the acquisition of infrastructure, obtaining the best service and ensuring maximum availability.
