Eurotux invests in Artificial Intelligence to boost efficiency and innovation in its services
New specialised team integrates generative AI and machine learning into traditional solutions, ensuring data security and sovereignty for customers
Eurotux has just announced the creation of a team specialising in Artificial Intelligence (AI), reinforcing its commitment to offering innovative, secure technology solutions that are aligned with the real needs of businesses. This new venture comes in response to growing demand for AI tools capable of transforming processes, ensuring data security and accelerating operational performance.
Eurotux’s new approach integrates AI into existing services while developing customised solutions for specific contexts. This translates into two areas of focus:
· The introduction of AI tools into traditional services: in this approach, Eurotux customers benefit from the integration of AI tools into existing services, increasing their effectiveness and reducing execution times
· The creation of complete generative AI infrastructures for customers: Eurotux develops tailor-made solutions to meet customer needs, from infrastructure, through model training and data governance security, to final implementation.
The company is committed to secure integration under the control of its own customers, using on-premises, hybrid or public cloud solutions. In the case of public cloud implementations, instances are always controlled by Eurotux, thus overcoming the security vulnerabilities often found in these clouds and ensuring that the knowledge generated remains isolated and protected, thus guaranteeing total sovereignty of the company’s customer data.
Benefits and target sectors
Among the main benefits for customers with the application of Eurotux AI tools in services are greater efficiency, cost reduction, process innovation and the generation of new knowledge in a secure manner.
The first sectors to benefit from these solutions will be retail and insurance, where Eurotux already has AI applications integrated into the services it offers to customers, although the approach is adaptable to any area of activity.
In the short and medium term, AI will be a cross-cutting pillar of Eurotux’s offering, without the need to create separate brands or products. The goal is simple: to enhance existing services and accompany customers on their digital transformation journey with intelligence, security and proximity. It should also be noted that all Generative AI tools integrated into the Eurotux portfolio have been tested internally and used in Eurotux’s daily operations to improve processes, streamline tasks and optimise flows. This internal implementation model ensures that the Generative AI solutions made available to customers have always been used at Eurotux and by its teams.
‘We want to help our customers integrate AI across their organisations in a secure manner. AI is a disruptive tool and all companies should have access to partners who can help them leverage this technology with confidence,’ explains Luís Brito, Executive Director and AI Task Force Leader at Eurotux.
