Eurotux, an information technology company based in Braga, presents eˣ – AI transformation by Eurotux, a service that combines artificial intelligence with process analysis to transform the operations of medium-sized companies in a two-week sprint. The service includes a proprietary anonymization layer that ensures no sensitive data leaves the company’s perimeter, even when external AI models are used.

First step: identifying the challenge
In the first week, the eˣ team reviews all company documentation and conducts interviews with the heads of each department. The interviews are co-led by a human expert and an AI agent in real time: while the expert leads the conversation and captures aspects such as resistance and organizational culture, the AI agent transcribes and cross-references the information with the documentation already analyzed. In real time, it suggests specific questions based on detected contradictions or gaps.
In the second week, the team classifies all company functions into three categories—automate, enhance with AI, or keep exclusively human—and implements 3 to 5 operational quick wins and 1 to 2 functional prototypes.
A concrete example: the AI layer is connected to the APIs of existing systems—ERP, CRM, document management—to generate reports that cross-reference data currently scattered across multiple software applications. Anonymization by design
One of eˣ’s key differentiators is its proprietary anonymization layer. Whenever data is processed by AI models in the cloud, this layer intercepts the content, automatically replaces sensitive information—names, tax IDs, financial figures, customer data—with opaque tokens, and reconstructs the responses locally. The mapping table between real data and tokens never leaves the company’s premises. This mechanism ensures that, even in the event of a breach at an external provider, the captured data remains unintelligible.
When data is classified as highly sensitive, processing can be performed exclusively on local AI models installed on the client’s infrastructure—without any communication with the outside world.
Two weeks to deliver a strategic plan
At the end of the two weeks, the client receives a set of deliverables organized into three areas: diagnosis (process map, role classification, technology inventory); implementation (operational quick wins, functional prototypes, AI architecture); and roadmap (3-, 6-, and 12-month transformation plan, change management plan, ROI analysis, and executive report).
