Eurotux Launches AI Act Essentials to Help Companies Comply with the EU AI Act
Eurotux announces the launch of AI Act Essentials, a new service providing operational and technical support for compliance with the European Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
AI Act Essentials is designed for organizations that use AI systems with minimal or limited risk—ranging from generative tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or Claude, to chatbots and automation solutions—and addresses legal obligations that are already in effect, specifically the AI literacy requirements set forth in Article 4 of the regulation. The compliance timeline becomes even more demanding in August 2026, the deadline for meeting an additional set of obligations under the EU AI Act.
With this launch, Eurotux reinforces its business strategy for artificial intelligence offerings, expanding the company’s portfolio to include a new service that combines Eurotux’s technical expertise in AI with a direct response to the regulatory requirements currently facing any organization that uses these technologies.
Designed to be implemented in just three to four business days, AI Act Essentials includes six deliverables:
- A structured inventory of the AI systems in use within the organization, including users, purposes, and data processing;
- Risk classification for each system (prohibited, high, limited, or minimal), with documented justification;
- An internal AI usage policy, tailored to the organization, with rules regarding approved tools, prohibited data, and human review;
- An AI literacy session, lasting 45 to 60 minutes, in person or remotely, with a record of participants;
- Compliance record, with evidence of training completed, participants, and the approved policy;
- AI governance procedure, documenting the process for evaluating and approving new AI tools.
The methodology follows a structured consulting approach aligned with Articles 4, 5, 6, and 26 of the European AI Regulation. The service does not include legal advice, high-risk system assessments, or technical audits.
AI Act Essentials enables organizations to demonstrate accountability and strengthen the trust of customers and partners, avoid fines that can amount to 35 million euros or 7% of global annual turnover, and meet compliance requirements increasingly linked to access to European funding—all within weeks, not months.
