Eurotux optimizes security and performance of Plimat’s IBM POWER8 system
Eurotux supports Plimat, the largest Portuguese company in the field of plastics for plumbing, in updating its Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, proceeding to implement the latest technology in an environment based on the IBM POWER8 system, and on a Storwize V5010 storage. An intervention that strengthens security allows for the reduction of operational costs, thanks to the greater performance and availability of the updated infrastructure.
