Purchassing a service extension enables access to software upgrades and updates for the modules acquired by the client.

 Within a certain timeframe, defined in the contracted level of service, also available is the possibitly to acquire a service extension that allows replacing the appliance in the event of hardware failure (excluding cases of non-compliance with the manufacturer’s regulations or causes not imputable to the supplier).

The indicated extension does not include technical services for help-desk, appliance configuration and support (these services may be contracted through service hour packs or contracts for specific services).

These service extensions may be acquired for the minimum period of 1 year up to a maximum of 3, with the service being associated to the appliance’s serial number.
