Season’s Greetings from the Eurotux Group
This holiday season, the Eurotux Group takes this opportunity to wish all of its clients, suppliers, and employees, as well as their families, a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. The expectation for 2019 is that this mutually beneficial collaboration continues to make all of us grow, personally and professionally.
The year 2018 was decisive for the Eurotux Group, with several key moments that illustrate the global strategy for sustained growth. In the year it completed 18 years of existence, the Eurotux Group repeated its good results, reflecting the clients’ trust and the quality of its human resources. It was also the year that a new branch office was opened in Bragança, Portugal, a strategy focus on the potential of the interior of the country, in attracting young qualified talent. On the other hand, many clients renewed their trust in the Group’s companies for managing their Information Technology infrastructures.
Eurotux was also recognized by its partners within the scope of services provided to clients, obtaining Sophos Synchronized Security Partner status, being the first Portuguese company to achieve this accreditation within the scope of Sophos Synchronized Security. It also won the Partner of the Year Award for Autonomy, awarded by IBM.
In the year that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect, several training sessions were put together for clients, to a maximum capacity crowd, in a proactive intervention, which surveyed the best solutions for each case.
During the year, Dipcode, the Eurotux Group’s Web Development company, was involved in large scale projects, such as the BPI Expresso Real Estate website, and the portal for the Order of Dentists. The Eurotux Group also strengthened its investment in research, in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science, highlighting the participation in the UH4SP – Unified Hub for Smart Plants project.
Without the precious collaboration of its clients and suppliers, and without the mission spirit of its employees, none of this would be possible. So we take this moment to thank everyone’s contribution to this success, and look to the future with optimism, certain that mutual success will carry on.
