ITMZ and InSite establish partnership for the African Market
ITMZ, a Eurotux subsidiary responsible for the group’s business in Africa, has established a partnership with InSite, a Mozambican company specialized in Quality and Sustainability Management, Energy, Environment and Safety at Work, as well as Emergency Response and the Forestry and Agribusiness sector.
With this partnership, both organisations position themselves as service providers with the objective of exploring new business opportunities in an integrated manner within the scope of Management Systems Certification and provision of other services of mutual interest to various organisations in the Public and Private Sector, including Ministries, Government Agencies and Institutes, Public, Public-Private and Private Companies, Associations, Foundations or similar profit and non-profit organisations and Development Agencies.
The agreement signed foresees the promotion and provision of consulting services with a view to the Certification of Management Systems in the area of service levels, business continuity, information security (and related areas), risk management, including all the Audit, Consulting and Training services inherent or implementation and Certification of Management Systems. The synergies between ITMZ and InSite will also allow for the dissemination and support to the implementation of the services provided by ITMZ in the technological field related with the design, implementation and technical assistance to critical infrastructures for the management of business continuity, including risks for cybersecurity and information to which the organisation may be exposed.
With the partnership now formalized, both companies will support each other and benefit from each other’s know-how to better explore market opportunities. We recall that Eurotux was recently in Mozambique with ITMZ in an event which brought together IT managers and company directors in the Mozambican capital to assess the current scenario and understand the repercussions cyber threats have on business continuity.
