Today, the platform includes advanced features, such as online invoicing, access to statistics, alerts and integration with partner systems, always with data security and privacy in mind.
Results
Progress has been constant, Paula Guedes affirms, “The benefits we get from the platform we’ve developed are its ongoing differentiation and improvement, taking into account input from the whole team that contributes to the process and helps make it as effective and efficient as possible.” She adds, “[The platform] has been praised on several occasions by various external parties”. Speaking about the day-to-day relationship with Eurotux/Dipcode, the director describes the work as extremely dedicated and personalised. “The support is constant, [and] it allows us to keep investing in new technological solutions and in the ongoing evolution of our digital platforms”.
