Eurotux renewed Maia City Council’s infrastructure with open-source solutions

Maia City Council (CM Maia) faced significant challenges with the rapid expansion of information technology (IT) use, coupled with an IT team that, at the time, was only half its current size. Made up of 11 people split across three main groups – ERP and CRM application support, helpdesk and technical support, and systems, networking and security – the team needed a solution that could scale efficiently and manage its growing needs. As a result, the context for the infrastructure renewal was considerably complex.
